I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at your maternity ward, specifically the high-risk department and subsequently the postnatal department. I gave birth in September 2023, one month before my due date, due to premature rupture of membranes. From the moment I was admitted until my final discharge, I encountered nothing but professionalism, helpfulness, care, and empathy from your nurses. As a first-time mother with a premature baby, I had a lot of questions, I was uncertain and doubted my maternal abilities. Your team of pediatric nurses managed to calm me down, explain everything, show me what to do, and also provide me with emotional support. You may think that this is their job, but believe me, the same job can be done differently. Unfortunately, I don’t know the names of all the nurses who took care of me, so I would like to thank pediatric nurses Monika, Jitka, and head nurse Markéta on behalf of everyone.
