Dear Professor,

It is not customary in our country for people to comment on or praise things that work well or that they are satisfied with. However, I cannot help myself and must express my enormous praise for Dr. Klímová and Dr. Mikešová, the G5 department, and subsequently the ENTIRE laparoscopic team that operated on me on March 15, 2023—especially Dr. Kristýna Hlinecká, Associate Professor Michael Fanta, and last but not least, the doctor at the intensive care unit, Jana Kubátová.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how the department works, how clean everything is, and how helpful, patient, and professional the staff are. They never showed any signs of nervousness, fatigue, or time pressure. I don’t have much experience with other hospitals, but the ones I do have were not positive. At your hospital, I felt very comfortable and received the best care. Once again, I would like to thank all your employees for their excellent care and approach. You can be proud of your employees.
