I would like to take this opportunity to express my praise and gratitude to the staff at your clinic. I had no doubts about my choice of maternity hospital long before giving birth, when Mr. Koucký kindly took care of me and my baby.

I was admitted for delivery in June 2023. From the moment I was admitted, everyone treated me very professionally, and I also met the wonderful midwife Petra Šlechtová. Her sensitive approach immediately won my trust, and I entrusted myself to her care without any worries. During the birth, I received pain relief, for which I would like to thank Dr. Marusičová and the team of wonderful anesthesiology nurses.

What had been a smooth delivery turned into an emergency situation within a few minutes (short umbilical cord wrapped around the fetus’s neck, cloudy amniotic fluid, aspiration), and quick action was needed. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the names of everyone who was there, but in addition to the team of midwives, doctors, neonatologists, and nurses, I must mention Dr. Jiří Vojtěch and his colleague. I work as an anesthesiologist myself, so I am no stranger to hospital environments or acute situations, but I cannot help but express my deep admiration for the quick action and perfect synchronization of the teams involved. We owe you all a debt of gratitude for our healthy son. In addition to providing top-notch care, you were all extremely empathetic and guided us through a critical moment in my life, my husband’s life, and our son’s life.

I would also like to thank all the staff at the neonatal intensive care unit, the P3 postnatal ward, and the adjacent physiological newborn ward. Your care was excellent, extremely professional, and I was confident that my son and I were receiving everything we needed. Dr. Vojtěch and midwife Šlechtová stopped by the ward during my hospitalization to make sure that my son and I were doing well.

Allow me to thank everyone once again and praise the amazing medical staff. I know that your work is not easy, and you deserve not only praise but also pampering.
