Dear Head of Department,
I would like to thank the team at Apolinář for taking care of me and my son. Three weeks ago, we were discharged from the maternity hospital.
The birth was induced over three days and then the pregnancy was terminated by C-section.
I am very grateful to the entire team that took care of me. During the preparation, everything was patiently explained to me by Associate Professor Koucký. Thanks also go to my colleagues in the preparation room of the second delivery room, Dr. Horák, my colleague on day duty at the maternity ward, the team in the postnatal ward, and midwife Matulová, who led the prenatal course. In the second week after returning home from the maternity hospital, I had mastitis and used the services of your lactation consultant, Ms. Plecerová, who made an appointment for me at the clinic within a few days and discussed everything with me.

I encountered professionalism, a human approach, and helpfulness. I chose your maternity hospital because of the high quality of care, and it was very important to me that I encountered kind staff.
