I would like to take this opportunity to thank your staff from the Department of Minimally Invasive Surgery for their excellent work and approach.

Years ago, thanks to Prof. MUDr. Michal Mára, I was given the correct diagnosis, and in 2017 I underwent surgery under his supervision. Last Friday I underwent another procedure, again with the same outstanding care. From a medical perspective, it may have been a routine standard procedure, but for me it was an exceptional and stressful situation. I was truly grateful for the empathetic and individual approach, the respect shown to me, and above all, the reassurance that I could rely on receiving the best professional care possible.

Compared to other healthcare facilities (based on my personal experience), you provide above-standard care in terms of patient approach, professional knowledge, and high expertise. I regret that I was not under the care of Prof. Mára earlier. Please pass on my deep gratitude to Prof. MUDr. Michal Mára and his entire surgical team, as well as the postoperative ward nurses, and last but not least the anesthesiologist, thanks to whom I felt unusually well after anesthesia, without any side effects, including attention or memory problems. Unfortunately, this had never been the case with my previous three anesthesias.
