Vážené kolegyně, vážení kolegové,

dovolte, abychom vás srdečně pozvali k účasti na 4. apolinářské konferenci Kliniky gynekologie, porodnictví a neonatologie 1. LF UK a VFN v Praze. Navazujeme na třetí ročník 2025, který byl opět velmi úspěšný. V roce 2026 chceme zachovat dvoudenní konferenci a přesunout konferenci do větších a modernějších prostor pražského Clarion Congress Hotelu.

Registration fee

Registration for the 4th annual AK 2026 will open in October 2025.

Early registration by January 15, 2026 – CZK 3,000
Late registration from January 16, 2026 – CZK 3,500

Payment terms

1. Bank Transfer

The proforma invoice with a variable symbol will be automatically sent to you after completing the online form. Payments without a variable symbol cannot be identified, and the registration will not be confirmed.

2. Payment Gateway

For payment by credit card, you can use the secure online payment system. We ask participants to check whether their bank allows internet payments.

 

Tax Document
The tax document will be sent to you by email within 14 days of receiving the payment.

 

Cancellation policy
  • until 31st January – no cancellation fee
  • until 20th February – 50% of the registration fee
  • from 21st February – 100% of the registration fee

Accommodation

Accommodation for the 4th AK 2026 can be arranged directly at the conference venue, at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague.

Name Change

If you are unable to attend the event, you may send a colleague in your place. The request for a name change must be sent by email to the conference secretariat at apolinarska-konference@post.cz.
