Comprehensive care for couples with fertility problems
Our IVF center is part of the Clinic of Gynecology, Obstetrics, and Neonatology at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and VFN in Prague. We provide comprehensive care in infertility treatment and collaborate with other gynecological specialties, such as:

- Care for oncology patients
- Pregnancy counseling and early screening for congenital anomalies

- We work in accordance with the latest scientific knowledge and recommendations of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).
- Our patients are cared for by a team of experienced doctors certified in reproductive medicine, embryologists with ESHRE certification, and specialists in clinical embryology.
- We provide super-consultative treatment for polymorbid patients and those with internal diseases who require care in a higher-level medical facility.
Individual approach and fertility preservation
Every couple is unique – all physical and laboratory examinations are tailored to individual needs. We offer all fertility preservation methods for women and men prior to oncological treatment:
- Freezing of oocytes, sperm, and embryos
- Conservation of ovarian and testicular tissue
We are looking for egg donors and sperm donors
- Donation program to help infertile couples – we assist those who cannot have their own children due to medical reasons (e.g., after oncological treatment, endometriosis treatment, or autoimmune diseases).
- Sperm bank – we have our own sperm bank with guaranteed sperm quality.
- Egg donors – we are looking for suitable egg donors for our patients.
