This is regulated by Act No. 373/2011 Coll.

How much do you charge for the first visit?

If you are properly insured, the initial consultation and examination are covered by health insurance. The list of payments during treatment is provided in the current price list.

Can I receive treatment at your center without a partner?

Yes, you can undergo gamete cryopreservation (eggs/sperm) for fertility preservation before treatments that may affect it, or upon personal request as part of “social freezing.” However, it is not possible to undergo assisted reproduction, including egg retrieval, fertilization, and subsequent procedures, without a partner.

Artificial fertilization can only be performed with the consent of both partners within the framework of male and female treatment (see Act No. 373/2011 Coll.).

Do I need to bring anything for the first visit to your center?

Yes, please bring an identification document (ID card, passport, residence permit if you are not a Czech citizen) and your health insurance card.

We also welcome you to bring documentation of previous treatments:

  • If you already have test results related to infertility (e.g., hormonal profile for women, spermogram for men, etc.), please bring these results with you.
  • If you have already undergone infertility treatment at another assisted reproduction center, please bring a copy of that medical documentation.

Are there any other important information I should know before my first visit to your center?

  • For men, a spermogram examination is usually performed – we recommend 2–3 days of sexual abstinence.
  • Fasting is not required; you may eat and drink as needed.
