She encountered neonatology during an internship at Apolinář Hospital and has since linked her professional career to this workplace. She considers her involvement in palliative medicine to be a major milestone in her career. She focuses on the care of physiological and slightly premature newborns and perinatal palliative care. She always strives to support what is physiological and to treat what is recommended by modern evidence-based medicine. Respect for the autonomy of patients and their loved ones, whom she treats with empathy, is important to her. She is a mother of three who loves mountain hiking—the size and beauty of nature fill her with humility.
