When to go to the Maternity Hospital

If you suspect your waters might be ‘broken’, put a clean white maternity pad with no gel in on. This is necessary for correct confirmation of ruptured membranes.

In case of bleeding with fresh bright blood put a clean white maternity pad wiht no gel in on and attend as soon as possible.

Are you experiencing regular uterine contractions approx. every 5 minuts? Are the lasting about 60 seconds for at least one or two hours? Do you need to find relaxing positions and breath trough them? This is the right time to arrive to our Maternity Hospital!
