The fibroid was quite large, and I was repeatedly informed that the primary goal would be to remove it laparoscopically, but that there was a high risk of switching to conventional surgery, which would use the scar from my C-section. I was also informed that the surgery could take several hours.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, everything turned out great. Under the guidance of Dr. Hlineck\u00e1, the fibroid was successfully removed laparoscopically, and the operation lasted 60 minutes. I would also like to highlight the approach of the nurses, both in the admissions department and subsequently in the intensive care unit. Their work must be very mentally demanding, as they see a large number of patients every day and receive many different requests.
