Dear Professor Cibula,<\/p>\n

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks for the care I received at your Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic, and in particular to Dr. Luk\u00e1\u0161 Dost\u00e1lek. For his excellent care, willingness to help, and timely diagnosis of my illness and subsequent treatment. I will always be grateful to him. Given that I am deaf and communicate in sign language, and that it is often very difficult for those around me to communicate with me, Dr. Dost\u00e1lek communicated with me very kindly and empathetically via email, giving me the strength I needed.<\/p>\n

My first meeting with Dr. Dost\u00e1lek took place at the private gynecological clinic GYNMEDICO, where I managed to make an appointment for an expert colposcopy. After the examination, he immediately referred me for conization at your clinic U Apolin\u00e1\u0159e and, given my disability, gave me his email address for further communication. I am agoraphobic and terribly afraid of unfamiliar environments, and it was no different when I arrived for my appointment with you. However, I met very kind nurses who were very empathetic and understood my difficulties. It was even possible for my boyfriend to stay with me until my discharge, which helped me a lot and I really appreciate it. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and underwent another major operation at your facility. I have successfully completed my treatment, and I will never forget the excellent care provided by your entire team. You will always be in my memories. I used to distrust hospitals based on several bad experiences, but with you it is completely different.<\/p>\n

I would also like to mention the beautiful surroundings of your clinic, including the garden. After the operation, it was my favorite place, and I was very pleased by the presence of cats, who always kept me company in the garden and calmed me down.<\/p>\n

If I could recommend one thing for the future, it would be the option of communicating via email for all deaf patients instead of by phone, which would make everything much easier for us.<\/p>\n
