Dear Management of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics and KARIM,<\/p>\n

On July 1, 2024, I underwent surgery at your clinic and I would like to sincerely thank everyone who took part in my care.<\/p>\n

Right from the beginning\u2014at the general gynecology outpatient clinic, the indication consultation, and the anesthesiology clinic\u2014I encountered only empathetic and kind healthcare professionals. Everything went as it should, the information I received from everyone was clear, and everything that had been agreed upon was fulfilled.<\/p>\n

What truly “knocked me off my feet” in the most positive sense was the hospitalization itself. Again, there was not a single exception to the kind approach of the staff. Even though it was the holiday period and some non-medical staff were not at their usual workplaces, which could have been a reason for some frustration, there was none at all. They helped each other, and it was clear that the patient always came first, no matter the circumstances.<\/p>\n

I must emphasize that every healthcare professional I encountered\u2014doctors, ward nurses, the orderly who took me to the operating room, the ICU team, the surgical nurse, and the ICU staff\u2014introduced themselves and verified my name and birth number. I felt truly safe.<\/p>\n

Both in the ICU and later in the standard ward, everyone was wonderful. They responded immediately to postoperative pain, so I can honestly say that I was practically pain-free after surgery.<\/p>\n

The operation itself went smoothly without complications, and I have absolutely no complaints about anything.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t want to name anyone specifically, as so many staff members were involved in my care and I cannot remember all the names. However, I would like to highlight the nurse who worked the day shift in the ICU on July 2. She was the one who first helped me stand after the operation and removed my drain\u2014she was kind, gentle, encouraging, simply an angel.<\/p>\n

I know working with people is not easy, and I am aware that your clinic deserves significant financial resources. But despite this, you have excellent teams, and my hospitalization with you was a positive experience.<\/p>\n

Once again, thank you very much, and I wish you all good health and much success in your professional and personal lives.<\/p>\n
