Hello,<\/p>\n

It has now been three weeks since I came to you for planned surgery on my blocked right fallopian tube. I have great respect for the medical profession in general and appreciate everyone who works in healthcare. It is a very demanding and responsible job, and I understand that there is not always the space and capacity to make patients feel comfortable enough in a stressful situation such as a hospital stay and subsequent surgery.<\/p>\n

And I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay with you. Enthusiastic. I was admitted on May 20, and as soon as we arrived at the ward, we were taken care of by a decisive but very kind nurse. She explained everything and introduced us. The entire team on the ward was amazing, including the deaf nurse, who handled everything brilliantly.<\/p>\n

Of course, my biggest thanks go to Dr. Hlineck\u00e1, who operated on me. There was a possibility that the procedure would not be possible to perform laparoscopically, but thanks to her, everything went well, and I am incredibly grateful to her.<\/p>\n

Another big thank you goes to the nurses in the ICU. I’m not very good with names, but I remember Nurse Simona from the night shift from May 21 to May 22, and I thank her very much for her care, kindness, and empathy.<\/p>\n

It was very reassuring when the doctor came for the evening and morning rounds, introduced himself, explained, advised, and asked questions.<\/p>\n

I hope that my thanks will reach at least some of the staff. I will praise you everywhere.<\/p>\n

Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And I hope that I will only encounter such professional conduct as I did with you. Not only in healthcare, but everywhere.<\/p>\n
