At Apolin\u00e1\u0159 Hospital, he participated in the establishment of a modern neonatal intensive care and resuscitation unit, one of the first in the Czech Republic. He also gained experience during internships in Switzerland and the USA. Responsibility and reliability are important principles in his work. He sees saving a premature baby as giving hope for a full life.
