        <div class=\"page_content reset_margins\">\r\n                                                                                        <ol>\n<li>Performed for the purpose of selecting high-quality embryos, according to the recommendation of a clinical geneticist, using one of the following methods to:\n<ul>\n<li>exclude embryos with aneuploidies (PGT-A)<\/li>\n<li>exclude embryos with a specific inherited monogenic disease (PGT-M)<\/li>\n<li>exclude embryos with a specific chromosomal translocation, i.e., the attachment of a part of one chromosome to another (PGT-SR) for transfer into the uterus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>A recommendation from a clinical geneticist is required to perform this method.<\/li>\n<li>The method is subject to fees according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/apolinar.eu\/en\/centrum-asistovane-reprodukce\/prakticke-informace\/#01\">current price list<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n                                    <\/div>\r\n text_block\">\r\n                                                                                                    <h3 class=\"title_h3 text_center_mdm\">The method combines the advantages of in vitro fertilization with genetic testing of embryo cells as follows:  <\/h3>\r\n                                                <div class=\"page_content reset_margins\">\r\n                                                                                        <ul>\n<li>Oocyte retrieval and subsequent fertilization using the ICSI method (intracytoplasmic sperm injection into the egg);<\/li>\n<li>Development of high-quality blastocysts on day 5 and\/or 6;<\/li>\n<li>Collection of several cells from the blastocyst trophectoderm;<\/li>\n<li>Freezing of blastocysts using the vitrification method;<\/li>\n<li>Genetic testing of blastocyst cells, with results typically available after 1 month;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The results are communicated to the patient by the physician via phone, and based on the results, a cryo-embryo transfer of a high-quality and genetically suitable embryo into the uterus is planned, and\/or a further IVF cycle is undertaken according to the individual needs of the patient.<\/p>\n<p>During the next visit, the physician reviews the genetic results with the patients and explains the subsequent procedure.<\/p>\n<p>The visit also includes signing the disposal consent for genetically unsuitable embryos for transfer \u2013 link to the consent for disposal. <strong>F-CAR-324 Request for disposal of embryos\/oocytes<\/strong>  <\/p>\n
