This primarily concerns children with rare diseases, severe disabilities, serious illnesses, or those born prematurely or with low or extremely low birth weight. We guide them not only through the initial phases of adjusting to the new reality but also throughout their entire hospital stay. The team currently consists of about 20 members \u2014 doctors, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and chaplains. In cooperation with KGPN, the clinic offers patients and their families supportive care and expert consultative advice in complicated situations related to pregnancy, childbirth, or care for severely
